Shahi Paneer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Shahi Paneer Masala
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 8-10 cashews (soaked and blended into a paste)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil or ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
2️⃣ Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
3️⃣ Mix in Shahi Paneer Masala, salt, and sugar, then stir well.
4️⃣ Add the cashew paste, milk, and fresh cream, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5️⃣ Gently add the paneer cubes, mix, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
6️⃣ Finish with butter and garnish with chopped coriander.
7️⃣ Serve hot with naan, paratha, or jeera rice.
