- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- ½ tsp black salt (adjust as per taste)
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix cold water, Pani Puri Masala, tamarind paste, lemon juice, and black salt. Stir well.
2️⃣ Add chopped coriander and mint leaves for extra freshness. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the stuffing by mixing boiled chickpeas, potatoes, and mung sprouts.
4️⃣ Gently crack the top of each puri and stuff it with the prepared filling.
